What is Jeeblee?
A brand-new on-demand delivery platform for Sydney retail stores — fashion, beauty, tech and gifts delivered from local physical shops straight to your door in hours.
When does it launch?
We're launching in Sydney soon. Join the presale list and we'll email you as soon as Jeeblee opens in your area — with your $10 first-order voucher ready to use.
How do retailers get orders?
When a shopper orders, you get a notification. You accept the order and pack it, and a Jeeblee courier collects it from your counter and delivers it.
How much does Jeeblee cost for stores?
Stores that join before launch pay nothing to sign up and get 0% commission for their first 30 days (limited to the first 100 Sydney stores). After that, commission is 12.5% on product sales (+GST). Card processing is passed through at cost. No monthly fees and no lock-in.
Stores that join after launch pay a one-off sign-up fee ($249 small, $549 medium) and 12.5% commission.
When does my free month start?
Your 30 days start from your first order. Stores must go live by 31 January 2027 to claim the founding offer.
Can I order from multiple stores?
At launch, each order comes from one store. Combining nearby stores (within 500 m or in the same centre) into one delivery is on our roadmap.
How fast is delivery?
Most orders are designed to arrive in 45–90 minutes, depending on how far you are from the store and how long the store takes to pack your order.
What is your returns policy?
Jeeblee doesn't offer change-of-mind returns — each store sets its own change-of-mind policy. If something is missing, wrong or damaged, tell us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll sort it out. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. See our Terms of Use.
What fees will I pay?
A delivery fee from $8.99 to $16.99 depending on distance, a service fee of $1.99 on most orders (up to $4.99 on some), and a $5 small-order fee on orders under $50. Every fee is shown before you pay.
Who gets my tip?
Tips are optional, and 100% goes to your courier.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — $30, or $50 for deliveries 10–15 km from the store.
